attentive staff spacious rooms excellent room capped thermostat mediocre breakfast missing butler
The staff paid attention to details. The rooms were spacious. They were clean and very well kept. I was grateful for the excellent room amenities.
The thermostat settings were capped at 21c. I found this surprising. I had never been in any hotel that capped its thermostats. The breakfast was mediocre.

satisfactory stay, minor issues noticed
convenient location mall access spacious room beautiful view friendly staff helpful staff disorganized valet long valet wait unreliable internet intermittent internet
i found the location very convenient, being directly connected to the nakheel mall. this made shopping and dining very easy. the room was spacious. it had a beautiful view. the staff was very friendly and helpful.
the valet parking seemed disorganized, and i experienced long waits. there was also noise. the internet connection was unreliable, dropping several times.

mixed feelings about this stay
crowded pool small lobby
the hotel had a great location and the amenities were okay.
the check-in process felt very chaotic it reminded me of a packed train station with very few places to sit, the lobby seemed small for a hotel this size. accessing the mall meant walking through crowded areas with chinese restaurants. the pool was also too crowded, i couldnt find a sunbed, and the pool seemed small.
